The dovetail slot flat fan nozzle is a specially designed industrial spray nozzle for long spray header bars and continuous production line cleaning systems. Featuring a unique dovetail self-positioning structure, this flat fan nozzle can automatically fix the spray direction after installation and replacement, eliminating repeated manual angle calibration. Fully processed by automatic precision machines, it provides uniform fan spray distribution, stable flow rate, zero leakage, and greatly reduces production line maintenance downtime. Widely used in steel metallurgy, papermaking, metal surface treatment, and industrial continuous rinsing processes.
