Spiral Spray Nozzle

The Spiral Spray Nozzle is a high-efficiency full cone or solid cone nozzle designed with a unique multi-layer spiral structure. When liquid enters the nozzle, it is forced to impact the spiral surfaces at different levels, creating natural atomization and producing uniform droplets with wide coverage.

Compared with traditional nozzles, spiral nozzles feature large flow capacity, low pressure loss, strong anti-clogging performance, and excellent spray uniformity. They are widely used in gas scrubbing, desulfurization towers, cooling, dust control, and exhaust gas treatment systems.
