Key Features of Nozzle

1. Spray Angle: The angle between the two sides of the spray pattern during spraying is called the "spray angle." The spray angle, along with the spray distance (the distance from the nozzle to the object being sprayed), determines the size of the spray coverage area.

2. Impact Force: The pressure exerted per unit area on the surface of the object being sprayed during spraying is called impact force. It is usually expressed in kg/cm² or lb/inch². The impact force and the uniformity of flow distribution directly affect the cleaning effect. Under the same operating conditions (same pressure, same flow rate), impact force comparison tests were conducted on different types of nozzles. The test results are as follows:

3. Flow Distribution: To adapt to various environmental requirements, engineers design nozzles with different flow distribution characteristics for each type. Flow distribution methods can be categorized into four types: standard convex distribution, uniform distribution, concave distribution, and single-point distribution. These different designs aim to achieve optimal uniformity and impact when the nozzles are used individually or in multiple arrays. The diagrams below illustrate the flow distribution methods and spray profiles of various nozzle styles in detail.
